doing research in the twenty-first century includes the library but is not limited to it. the internet now provides rapid, direct access to an abundance of information unimagianble to earlier generations of sutdents. the results of internet searches, however, can sometimes provide and overwhelming flood of sources, many of them of questionable legitimavy.
the goal of research is to help you learn to navigate today's research strategy's landscape skillfully, manage the informations you discover within it, and use that information to write reasearch papers.
